MOC of the Month-January

We are kicking off 2017 with a fantastic MOC created by LOLUG president Nathan Flood. This amazing build is a minifigure scaled replica of a German Schnellboot torpedo boat which reeked havoc throughout the North Atlantic and the English Channel during WWII. With a mixture of advanced building and S.N.O.T techniques, Nathan has brought this famous boat back to life 75 years after WWII. What makes this boat special aside from its perfectly placed lighting scheme, is its final resting place. This Schnellboot is apart of another outstanding MOC built by Nathan and one of the largest military layouts this side of “The Pond”; the Saint-Nazaire submarine base in Western France (pictured below). Outstanding job Nate.

Until next time, PLAY WELL!
